If I’m honest, this week felt heavy at times.
And I know I’m not the only one feeling that.
On Wednesday, I hit a wall — overwhelm mixed with grief.
That kind of heaviness where it feels hard to move at all.
So I didn’t.
I let myself stop. Cry. Shout. Cry some more.
Until there was nothing left to release.
And then I did 10 sit-ups — and everything shifted.
It was like I lit a fire inside myself.
I felt grounded again. Clear. Energised. Back in my body.
Ready — and genuinely excited — for CORE 500 and HOMEBODY later that day.
That moment reminded me of something important:
We don’t always need to push through everything —
but we do need tools to regulate our emotions and reignite our inner fire.
And that’s exactly what these classes are for.
I’m more convinced than ever that calm isn’t a mindset — it’s a muscle.
The more we strengthen our core, regulate our nervous system, breathe deeply, and use simple acupressure points, the faster and easier it becomes to return to ourselves when things feel hard.
