I have to be honest if there's one thing I am intolerant to from the new age / spirituality movement it's "go with the flow". Not because I want to resist life but because people tend to use this to allow for flakiness, indecision, manipulation and complacency.
Especially when the world feels uncertain.
Reactive. Confused. Afraid.
If the media and governments want instability -> then the rebellion is stability and clarity.

When the liver and gallbladder systems get congested in the body, we can notice:
• mood swings
• irritable and frustrated

Last week we used the bladder and kidney meridian to release back body tension, release mental anguish and build up the body's natural energy reserves.
This week we keep building on clarity and momentum.

• gallbladder points to release tension in shoulders, face and sidebody
• obliques in monday's core for side strength
• glutes in wednesday's so the hips and shoulders can feel more safe and open up even more
