This time of year is Kidney–Bladder season in Chinese Medicine connected to fear, fatigue, adrenals, adrenaline and our sense of safety.


Here are 2 body shortcuts to support yourself for this full moon:


#1 K1 — Kidney 1 (Grounding + Safety)
Located on the sole of the foot.
This point helps:

  • calm the nervous system

  • reduce anxiety + overwhelm

  • bring energy down out of the head and into the feet

  • restore a sense of safety and steadiness

Mantra: “It's safe for me to relax. It's safe for me to feel ease.”


#2 BL 1–2–3 — Bladder Line (Clear the Mind)
Located around the inner eyes and forehead.
These points help:

  • release mental pressure + looping thoughts

  • ease tension in the head, neck, and spine

  • support emotional processing

  • improve sleep and clarity

Mantra: “There's time for everything. I can see and feel clearly. I trust myself”
