Today marks the Winter Solstice the turning point; the slow and quiet return of light.
December can feel like a lot.The year catching up with us.
Bodies tired. Nervous systems stretched. Social calendars maxed out.
So if you’re feeling a bit tender, flat, wired, or craving something steadier right now - you’re not behind or broken. You’re human. And your body is allowed to feel calm and deserves to be the center of your universe.
And maybe in 2026 your body needs can come first.
A calm body doesn’t mean passive or checked out.
It means feeling safe enough to relax, strong enough to hold yourself, and present enough to actually feel good in your body.
When the body is regulated, something shifts:
You breathe deeper. You move with more confidence, certainty and ease.
You feel clearer, more sensual, more centred.

Normally: Mondays + Wednesdays
Christmas Schedule:

✨ Monday 29 December
Both classes are in-person in Chamonix and live on Zoom.
✨ 4 Classes per week:
CORE 500 (30 mins)
A fast, focused core + glute session using repetition and endurance to build strength, posture, balance, and stamina — ideal for mountain sports and daily life.
HOMEbody (60 mins)
Meridian yoga + breathwork + acupressure for flexibility, full-body strength, sport recovery, nervous system repair.
Expect to leave feeling grounded, calm, and strong.
