How’s your heart, head, and hamstrings?


I’m writing to you from Cork—barefoot, recharged and full-hearted.

Because this summer, I chose to come home. To Ireland. To myself. To my new life.

But before I share more of that journey in the coming months—I want to take you to Chamonix for a moment.

Last weekend, I guided three energizing morning yoga classes at the Arc’teryx Alpine Academy. Over 150 bodies moved, breathed, and melted into the grass together—right at the foot of her majesty, Mont Blanc.

But this wasn’t just yoga in the park.
It was nervous system regulation for climbers.
Emotional resilience for runners.
Breathwork for courage.
Strength for recovery.
Stillness as strategy.

And yes—foot rubs at the end of every class (that’s 300+ feet, if you’re counting).

Because performance isn’t just about how far you go.

It’s about how well you come home to yourself after.
And how deeply you feel held - by yourself, your body and the world we live in. Here's an overview of the journey we went on through the 3 morning classes.


🌀 Day 1: Rooted Power — The Back Body + Nervous System
Glutes, hamstrings, adrenal reset. We released the weight of trying to "hold it all together.”
✨ Rooted, recharged power.

🔥 Day 2: Willpower + Drive — Gallbladder + Spleen Channels
We activated strength through presence, not pressure.
✨ Drive without depletion.

💓 Day 3: Heart-Led Courage — The Heart + Stomach
We opened the chest and softened the center.
✨ Strength that listens.


And really, maybe—
The greatest summit we ever climb
…is stillness.

The kind we feel in mountain pose—
Feet planted.
Breath steady.
Fully alive, fully enough.
