We are about to enter the most joyful, social, sparkly sparkling…
and the most over-the-top, over-doing, over-consuming time of the year.


The magical marathon of modern Christmas.
And let's be honest, a lot for the body to hold.

✨ Before we dive into December… think back to last Christmas:

What actually felt good - for body, mind and energy?
What was too much?
What would you love more of this year?
What would you happily not or even never repeat?


And really ask yourself:
How much energy will you need to do all of this in December?


Because the truth is… even the “most wonderful time of the year” can come with:

• cancelled plans or travel
• family or workplace tension
• unexpected expenses
• illness + burnout
• returning body aches
• emotional overwhelm
• the pressure to “be on” and at every event


And what do most of us do when we hit the “I have nothing left in the tank” moment?


We numb, push, snap, shut down, and run on adrenaline and cortisol.
Not our fault - it’s just survival mode.

But there is another way: a calm body.

Calm isn't something we can think our way into, calm is a state that the body remembers.
