They're called N-Gage Angled Grips... these are thick/fat grips that set your hands at an angle rather than just being thick.

I just finished testing them out for a variety of exercises (curls, pull-ups, bench press, rows, and more).

The larger grip size definitely improves grip and forearm arm work, however because of the angle, it goes well beyond that.

These handles really open up a whole variety of possibilities, not only for improving joint alignment (like your wrists during presses, for example) but also for improving muscle activation (I use them for angling my hands to better hit the lats when doing wide-grip pull-ups and barbell rows).

They come in two sizes (which you can purchase together as a package deal) depending on the purpose you're using them for and/or your hand size.

They do take a bit of messing around with to get the angles and position right, but once you do, it's pretty easy from there on out. Definitely not a dealbreaker.

I like these grips a lot. I think they offer a lot of benefits.
