On Thursday, I shared how I woke up with a loud signal from my body:
neck pain.
After preparing and practicing Homebody twice that day?
✨The pain disappeared✨ It worked.
But what happens when the pain comes back?
Maybe, like me, your thoughts might start looping on:
“I must be doing it wrong…”
"Why didn’t it stick?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
Here’s what I’ve learned from my own body:
The pain can return because I’ve created space (with the breath, awareness and accupressure.)
Space for something new.
And then—without realizing—I step right back into old pain patterns due to pressures like:
✈️ Travel prep
🗓️ Deadlines
💔 Grief
And then the most important check-in to consider when a pain returns:
Has my emotional landscape improved?
If it has not, then YES, it's quite probable that the pain will reappear.
You’re not broken.
You don’t need to try harder.
You just need to stay.

It’s where awareness (mind) meets organ (body) through meridian (energy).
It’s the language your body speaks.
Stay with your body.
Stay in the conversation.
The pain is not returning to punish you.
But to ask:
Can I trust you to listen this time?
