Ever have those days where your mind just won't give you a break? 😣


You’re thinking about everything... 🤔
Trying to stay on top of life ,

So much to do,
Too many decisions... 🤯


And underneath it… there’s this constant mental noise. 🥴

Overthinking, replaying, looping...


In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this isn’t random.

The stomach + spleen meridians are responsible for how we digest life
not just food, but thoughts, stress and emotions.


So when they’re out of balance, you might feel:

→ mentally busy or overwhelmed
→ low energy and heavy
→ bloated or tense in the belly
→ stuck in overthinking loops


But here’s the shift:

You can't think your way out of this.
You move your body out of it.


This week in class we focus on:

→ front body + core strength
→ hip flexors + quads
stomach points to boost digestion + energy
spleen points to build willpower + decisiveness


So I hope you'll join me this week to reclaim your energy, focus and decisiveness,
