Subject: I hope you're angry❣️(and here’s why)

Hi Friend,

I hope you’re angry.

Not reactive. Not explosive.
But aware of it.

It might not feel comfortable or you might try to ignore it at all costs.

One of my favourite things about Traditional Chinese Medicine and one of the central reasons I’ve found a home in it; is this:

emotions are included.

Not just mentioned.

Each organ in the body has a specific emotion.

This helped me deeply in the early stages of my grief.

When the medical system could only offer pharmaceuticals, the meridian system offered me something else: Lung + Large Intestine; the organs that process grief and sadness.

It not only validated what I was feeling, it showed me something powerful:

👉 even if I didn’t know how to process it my body does.

Anger is the emotion of the Liver + Gallbladder.

So if anger is real and your body already knows how to process it, maybe anger doesn’t have to look like:

  • snapping and exploding

  • shutting down

  • supressing

  • taking it out on others or yourself

  • violence

Maybe anger can move through you; not as destruction but as information + energy.

The Liver + Gallbladder meridians are responsible for:

  • flow of energy and blood

  • hormonal balance

  • direction

  • decision making

When they’re stuck, you might feel:

  • irritable or frustrated

  • mentally blocked

  • tight in hips, jaw, shoulders

Anger itself isn’t the problem.

👉 Stagnation is!

When we work with the body through movement, breath and acupressure that same anger becomes:

→ blood flow
→ clarity
→ direction
→ forward momentum

This week is your chance to experience something different.

Not suppressing anger.
Not acting it out.

But transforming it.
