So this week is about letting go.

We’re working with chest opening, sound, and the Lung + Large Intestine meridians which are connected to breath, grief and release.
I’ve felt this one deeply.
That feeling of holding on… even when I know I have to soften.
And that quiet fear of letting go where what if I start crying... and never stop!
In the body, the lungs teach us how to take in life and release what we no longer need.
The large intestine teaches us how to purify and let go of what we no longer need.
So this week in class we focus on:
opening the chest, throat and shoulders
breathing deeper
allowing the body to release, gently and naturally.
Your body already knows what to do.

18:30 — Core
500 reps for abs or glutes in 30 minutes.
19:00 — Homebody
Streching, breathwork and acupressure for strength, stress relief and deep sleep.
