Subject: A new season with a new rhythm 🌻

Hi Friend,


Before anything - a big huge thank you to everyone who practiced with me in Chamonix and online this winter, thank you for showing up, for trusting me, and for doing this work.

It’s been a really special season.


And now - we move into something new.

A new season.
A new rhythm.
A new location for spring.


I'm very exctied to announce that classes begin again next Monday in West Cork, so no classes this week and no class this evening.

What I've been seeing a lot of lately is that most people are trying to think their way out of stress.

Overthinking it.

Ruminating.
Waiting to feel “ready.”

But it doesn’t work.


Because we’re not just our minds.
We’re body, mind and spirit; and they need to work together.


I’ve been on the natural health path for decades now trying different approaches, learning, experimenting, seeing what actually works and what doesn’t.

And I’ve found that Traditional Chinese Medicine was the missing link.


Because it's a system that doesn’t separate the body into parts,
but understands how everything is connected.


Energy, organs, emotions, muscles, fascia, blood - all working together.

And it’s been refined for over 3000 years.


Since working with the meridian system consistently, everything has changed.

I feel stronger.
Clearer.
More energised and more stable in my energy.


Life has not gotten easier but no matter what:

My mind is sharp.
My body feels capable.
My energy keeps pumping; and as a one-woman show doing a lot —
that matters.


Because that level of energy and clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It comes from working with the body in balance.


Each class works through two meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

So instead of guessing what your body needs —
we train it.

→ back body + stress
→ hips + hormones
→ digestion + overthinking
→ breath + emotional release


Week by week, you build something real:

Tuesday — Skibbereen (5:30–7pm)
Core + Homebody (Level 1)


Thursday — Skibbereen (morning)
Homebody (Level 2)




All classes are available in person + online (live + replay) so you can stay consistent, wherever you are!
