WISHING YOU A HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024 from HAWAII! 
I needed to postpone this weeks classes, yet looking forward to beginning my new PILATES classes in Albany and El Cerrito next week. Unfortunately the Thursday FOOT POWER class has been cancelled. I'm planning to offer a similar course at another location in March and will keep you posted.
