The FOOT POWER class will introduced you to practical ways to have stronger and healthier feet. Learning to use your feet effectively can improve posture, power, walking, and balance. It can also help to prevent plantar fasciitis, sprained ankles, bunions, arthritis, shin splints, nerve damage, and prevent falls.
Registering for this class has the added benefit of giving you access to video exercises, articles, and educational materials to allow you to practice and understand better what is presented in the class. Classes begin next week.
