Oh boy! Talk about foreshadowing. First I kept asking you if you felt fire (muscle burn) on your mini band exercises. Then we did the "Holds, Negatives & Reps" 3-set Strength Workouts this week (were Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat Holds the Hardest strength exercise you did this week?). And now we've got a spring heat wave coming. Bub bye pants and long sleeves. Hello shorts sleeves & shorts.




And what perfect timing as we have our peaking phase of the quarter coming up.

We did 26min/workout. Minutes are due Monday! It feels good to be proactive and on top of things.

If you're training 2x/wk, maybe it's time to train 3x/wk!

If you're training 3x/wk, maybe it's time to add a workout D (the missing pieces), a C3 workout (Custom Corrective Cardio Workout), a recovery workout and/or a cardio plan.


"They" used to say rest an injury. Not anymore. Now we do rehab & keep training.
