Happy snow day to you and do I mean snow. We're supposed to get up to 27" over here. It looks amazing outside, I've already cleared snow once and I'll have a busy day tomorrow clearing the rest.




How about you? What's the weather like where you are?




Gosh, I can't remember where I was recently (Vivi's dentist, gymnastics or church) talking about movement, exercise and training and the person I was talking with brought up how you can do cool things when you're in better shape and I went crazy inside. Remember last quarter, how I kept talking about doing cool things. When you're in shape, you get to do cool things. That's a shared outcome from training like we do, training like athletes.

I don't know if that's a tagline, but it sure is awesome to be in shape, get to do cool things and train like an athlete. The tricky part is most people don't even know what training like an athlete means, nor do they want to be an athlete, let alone identify as one, but guess what. You're an athlete now, whether you fully see yourself as one. You train like one in boot camp and all you need is a sport to play that gives you joy and then you'll have even more purpose for your training.
