I hope you had a fun and recharging break and you're ready to level up your athlete! We begin tomorrow, Monday, January 5, 2026. Plan out your week, clothes, food and workouts. Get to bed early and try to squeeze out 1 more 10 by 10 (10 hours in bed and 10,000 steps).
