Happy 1st of December! How was your Thanksgiving Break? Mine was so fun and full. Lots to be grateful for.




Cardio Minutes - Week 1

We did 22 min / workout Monday through Wednesday and 26min in the Thanksgiving Workout!


What'd you get for minutes last week?




Change of Schedule

We're supposed to get any where from 6-9 inches and up to 11 inches tomorrow in Devens. Newton's getting rain. I'm proactively moving Tuesday's workout to tonight, so I can guarantee and in person workout and not have to cancel and switch to virtual last minute.

This is the last guest week of the year. We had (1) guest last week, my cousin Jared, came to the Thanksgiving Day Family Workout.

New Members!

We've been on a roll lately and it sure is fun to have past members come back (Mike, Mich and Sean) and new members come in. Please welcome new member, Megan Alves, a cousin-in-law (she married my cousin Joe). She's awesome, smart, tough, kind, cool, loving and athletic. She can take it and give it. She along with Vanessa and another cousins wife, all made it through the Alves Family Reunion initiation in summer 2010 (sink or swim). She's held her own, continues to hold her own and helps keep the Alves from running up the score on the "plus one's" during trivia game night.




Do Cool Things

I'm always encouraging you to do cool things.  Liz Dean does many cool things and (1) of them is playing in an orchestra. She'd like to invite you to come hear her live classical orchestra play. She plays the Violin! Come see her perform and hear live music this weekend.
