Over the last 12 months, I've outperformed 7-figure agencies with a small team.
Here's how.
1) Build strong flow foundations
90% of the brands we audit have terrible flows.
They're usually too short, boring and don't offer any value.
I change this by building the following:
> Abandoned browser (5+ emails)
> Post-Purchase Flow (5+ emails)
> Welcome sequence (8+ emails)
> Customer winback (3-5 emails)
> Abandoned cart (5+ emails)
Plus, I write between 10 and 15 campaigns a month.
2) Use human psychology to back decisions
Every decision I make is based on human psychology concepts such as:
> NLP
> Cognitive biases
> Levels of awareness
> Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
3) Hold extreme accountability
I recently audited a brand whose agency took 3 months to build a welcome sequence- the bar is low.
I use extreme accountability to:
> Deliver before deadlines
> Exceed client expectations
> Hit targets as early as possible
> Complete more work in 1 week than others do in 3
By holding myself accountable, I consistently go above and beyond in every area of my life.
More action = better results.
4) Make data-driven decisions
Every decision we make is backed by data.
> Open rates
> List growth rate
> Click-through rates
> Revenue generated
> Monthly revenue growth
You need to use data in everything you do.
Never make a decision (in business) because it "feels right."
Get the data to support your view and go from there.
If you apply these 4 concepts to your business you'll outperform competitors in just a few months.
While competition is growing, the bar has never been lower.
Have a great week,
