Subject: Two Bar Incline Press "Machine"...works GREAT
This is a very effective setup especially for home gym trainers with limited space.Obviously if you train in a busy gym, the setup might be prohibitive. It basically creates a simple "bottom start" machine out of a couple of bars. It's a machine with relatively freely-moving "arms" that don't fully lock your joints into position but also move up and back in an effective pressing arc for the upper chest fibers. The weight is well-stabilized so you can focus on upper chest activation and the bar orientation creates a neutral grip which can be easier on the shoulders. Nick Nilsson P.S.
