Subject: Monster stiff-leg deadlift exercise setup...

This one is a Diagonal Band Stiff-Leg Deadlift / Romanian Deadlift mash-up.

I've got bands hitched to the posts of the rack and looped around the bar.

The bands give you diagonal resistance as you're doing the deadlift, which gives you some accommodating resistance as you pull to the top but also DIRECTIONAL resistance as you lock out the weight.

Normally, the resistance drops off towards the top when just using a barbell...this diagonal band tension keeps it on so you KEEP getting resistance into the lockout.
