When we start transitioning our kitchens, we don't throw everything away. We use a "Bad > Better > Best" logic. For example, let's look at Bread & Pasta:

  • The Energy Drainer: Bleached white bread & standard pasta.

  • The Better Swap: Sprouted grain bread & quinoa pasta.

  • The Best Goal: Raw squash spaghetti or crisp lettuce wraps.

See how easy that is? You don't have to jump straight to the "Best" category. Taking baby steps to the "Better" category will already drastically improve your digestion and energy.
