  1. Pick ONE daily staple from the "Bad" category that is currently draining your energy (like white bread, refined sugar, or highly processed fake meat).

  2. Go to the grocery store and swap it for a "Better" option.

  3. That's it. Take a baby step, celebrate the win, and let your gut start healing.
