Subject: Here’s what women are saying …

Hi Friend,

In two weeks, I’ll be finishing up the L.I.V.E. Protocol program with an amazing group of women. L.I.V.E. is a culmination of everything I’ve learned over the past 25 years as well as my personal experience trying to achieve optimal health.

Love yourself first.

Invite movement into your life.

Vitality through whole foods.

Evolve into a new version of yourself.

While I love how the letters line up to create a fun and catchy acronym, what’s much more significant is the plan itself.

Almost every woman who comes to me for guidance has lost a piece of herself to a laundry list of expectations. Expectations she has for herself, and things expected from her by others. There’s a lot of pressure to keep on top of responsibilities whether it’s for work, home, spouse/partner, friends, community, aging parents, children, grandchildren, or pets.

The L.I.V.E. program often starts out the same way. These women know they want something different, something better, but they often don’t know what that looks like or how to get it.

It’s why we start with Love Yourself First. This gives her permission to start dreaming of what she wants for herself. But it doesn’t stop there – if it did, nothing would change. Together we create a plan to add (or subtract) things so she can move forward with her intentions. Progress starts slowly, but once momentum takes over it’s like watching the tightly packed bud of a rose start to unfurl until it opens to its full potential.

Once that happens, all the other steps start to fall into place.

Inviting Movement into Your Life means exactly that. Get up! Your body was not meant to sit for hours on end. We may have moved to a more sedentary way of working, but that doesn’t mean we can’t train for it so that the impact is lessened. In addition to setting goals around physical activity, you’ll also learn a quick series of exercises that can be done in less than five minutes to realign your spine and strengthen your core (without doing crunches!). These exercises can be done right at your desk and require minimal space. As a chiropractor friend of mine is fond of saying, “if you want to feel fine, keep your spine in line.” I couldn’t agree more.

Achieving Vitality through Whole Foods is a lot easier to do once the previous steps are in place. When you feel better, you’re less likely to binge on unhealthy foods. We do an exercise that releases limiting beliefs, interrupts patterns and creates lasting change.

Which leads us to you living your life differently and Evolving into the woman you want to be. The way you imagined.

Here’s what women are saying:

Kat's L.I.V.E. Protocol is not just a diet and exercise regime - it is a lifestyle program to help live your best life. This is a safe space to address problems, share successes, and learn from others. The accountability factor keeps me on track as I know others in the group are cheering me on to be my best self. Highly recommend! ~ DEBBY T.

I will say the L.I.V.E. Protocol got my engine running and my thinking cap motivated and put me on a more positive course, where opportunities are actually happening. I am now focused on what is best for me (and my family) and how to get it. I also got a class pass at the local gym and have been taking a Zumba class every Saturday. They have a Yoga and a weight training class that morning, so I can change it up! I am trying to get in more movement during the week, as well. I've cut back on wine, bread, and pasta, added more fruit. Made some good substitutions. So, my focus is on finishing this course and starting a new chapter in my life!
