Saying no.✅ Saying yes.✅ Starting again.✅

And STILL, it’s like life keeps handing you more tests, more traps, more tension.

You’re not imagining it.


This full moon in Sagittarius (Wednesday) is pushing us—hard—into deeper alignment with what we have been building - and what we need to keep steadily building. It’s asking us to take that passionate fire and keep on self-leading ourselves into the new expressions and experiences of life.


But here’s the thing Friend…


Here's why and where it's different than any other time before...


It's not going to happen by pushing through.


It happens by returning home to YOU.

To presence. To peace. To the self beneath the stress.


Because the solution is not:

✖ the world changing

✖ your partner finally “getting it”

✖ a cleared to-do list


💡 The solution is your nervous system finally feeling safe.


There’s a Chinese proverb that says:

“Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are.”


So this week in Homebody, we’re not fixing anything.
