*If you have WALKING STICKS (Trekking Poles) please bring them  to class. Trekking poles can be used when doing balance and strength exercises. This is especially true if your feet are weak and unstable. Make sure they have rubber tips on them. They are NOT REQUIRED, yet bring them if you have them. Thanks.
