REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN FOR ALBANY COMMUNITY CENTER and other classes. If you miss the first week your fees can be prorated or I can have you do a make-up class at one of my other classes, or I can send you a video of a class. You can also register at the class (let me know if you want to participate in the Wednesday Zoom class and i will send the link. Thanks.

| | ABOUT ERNIE ADAMS:
Ernie has 30-years’ experience helping students learn to move with more ease and joy while improving balance, posture, strength and flexibility. He integrates principles from Pilates, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Feldenkrais Movement Education. He is a certified Pilates Trainer, Personal Fitness Trainer (NASM), Barefoot Training Specialist (EBFA), and Feldenkrais Movement Educator (FGNA) with an extensive background as a professional dancer. In addition to Pilates, Ernie offers private sessions and workshops on balance, walking, trekking poles, personal fitness, Feldenkrais Movement, and foot health (FEET: Gateway to Stability & Power). |
