FOOT-to-CORE STABILITY & POWER Wednesday Zoom class beginning June 28. |

Dear Friend ,
In athletic training there is a concept of ‘time to
stabilization’ (rapid stabilization for optimal loading and energy
transfer). I’m not training you as an athlete, yet the same concept applies to
walking, hiking, gardening, dancing.
FOOT-to-CORE STABILITY & POWER is about understanding how
feet drive deep core stability to generate power and control of movement. I
will offer easy and more challenging variations of exercises so you can
participate at your own level of ability. Exercises will be done in
sitting, lying, standing, and walking. Classes will be recorded and
participants will receive a complimentary link to class videos.
*Please don't participate if you have an acute foot injury, or are in severe pain.
