| | ABOUT ERNIE ADAMS:
Ernie has 30-years’ experience helping students learn to move with more ease and joy while improving balance, posture, strength and flexibility. He integrates principles from Pilates, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Feldenkrais Movement Education. He is a certified Pilates Trainer, Personal Fitness Trainer (NASM), Barefoot Training Specialist (EBFA), and Feldenkrais Movement Educator (FGNA) with an extensive background as a professional dancer. In addition to Pilates, Ernie offers private sessions and workshops on balance, walking, trekking poles, personal fitness, Feldenkrais Movement, and foot health (FEET: Gateway to Stability & Power). |
