Subject: What'd you get for cardio minutes last week?

Hi Friend,

Happy 1st Day of April! We got a dog! Just kidding. April Fool's!

Record Week and Progressive Resistance Overload

Welcome to the first record week of Q2. The beauty of it is, that you get the benefits of progressive resistance overload by doing a 3rd round of strength, while at the same time, M - Th this week are light and fast days, so even though the volume is up, the resistance is lower.

This will help to minimize soreness, while still giving you the benefit of doing more work. Then Friday through Tuesday, when we do our 2 strong days and you increase the resistance to lift the heaviest weight you can for 5 reps, you'll again get the benefit of Progressive Resistance Overload, but this time from increased volume due to resistance, so another small bump in volume to minimize soreness while continuing to get 1% better. Hoo-Rah!

Cardio Minutes - Week 2

We did 22min / workout last week.

Please reply now with what you did for cardio minutes last week!

Make it count,

Mike
