Did you / do you have more energy?

We had magic week and the 1st week of a new phase / quarter. During magic week we did light and fast (suggested Total DB Loads of 15-35% BW), 1 and done, 60:30's and then last week, we aimed for 1 round, even though most everyone got more than 1 round. In both magic week and intro week, doing less, but with high intensity, should have primed your systems to have high performing days, however left your reserves untapped, leaving you with more energy on standby waiting to be used.


So...did you / do you have more energy?

We did 23 min / workout. 46 for 2-days and 69 for 3-days.

October has (14) possible 3-day / week workouts and (10) total 2-day / week workouts.

How many workouts can you get in October? Can you do any make ups this month?

Write it down on your planner and let me know how many you'll get this month. It's fascinating how you'll find ways, times and days to make it happen.




Guest Week

This is the last week of guest week for phase 11. We had (2) guests last month, Mike C (referred by Lauren C) & Moira M (referred by Madeline M). Mike C became a member. Welcome back Mike! It's great to have you at 6am.

Do Cool Things

I'm always encouraging you to do cool things.  Liz Dean does many cool things and (1) of them is playing in an orchestra. She'd like to invite you to come hear her live classical orchestra play. She plays the Violin!

We'll do "+'s" on the 2nd set this week. Update your 1st set based on what you learned last week. On your 2nd set go for a PR! On a light and fast day be prepared to do a lot of reps and enjoy the energy, endurance, pump and muscle definition that comes with it.
