Do you feel like you're fall sports, races, events and photos ready? Y / N and why? Do you have any other feedback on Q3's summer program? What'd you get for cardio minutes last week? We did: 24, 24, 27 in the a.m. on M / W / F for 75 total. 24, 27, 27 in the p.m. on M / T / Th for 78 total.
