Happy snowy evening to you! Can you believe it? Another one. Let is snow, let it snow let it snow. Vivi asked if I thought she'd have a snow day tomorrow and I said it's possible. She said, "no more snow days daddy. I don't want to miss anymore school." Wow!

***If you want to make change happen faster and you currently train 2x/wk, consider upgrading to a 3rd day. You'll build muscle faster, get stronger faster, increase your bone density faster, gain more energy faster and basically progress faster with all of your goals.
