P11, October's Hypertrophy phase is behind us and now it's time for P12's strength phase. We were eating breakfast this morning and I realized my shirt sleeves were too short.


Me: "Aww bummer Vaness, I shrunk my shirt!"

Vanessa: "Are you sure you didn't just build more muscle in your back and upper body?"

Me: "Mmmm. Good point. I did build muscle"


HYPERTROPHY!!!


I was ready to run to the store and buy new long sleeve tops, but maybe now I'll pause for 4 weeks to see if I my muscles get denser with reduced cross sectional areas as the volume drops.



I really think my shirt shrunk but now as I reach my arms straight in my hoodie, these sleeves feel short too. Wow! Could it be????
