Subject: Cardio Minutes - Week 2

Hi Friend,




Happy Monday to you! As things continue to progress closer to normalcy there are still some things many people are grateful for that the pandemic has blessed us with. Today's it the ability to go for a walk with Vanessa after lunch, on a work day, while Vivi is in school. Such a simple thing, like we used to do when we were dating, yet such a nice thing to get to do in the middle of a work day at the beginning of a new week.




Cardio Minutes - Week 2

We did 23min / workout last week for all class times.

We also did the first band relays since December of 2019, during the 6:30pm, Thursday workout. It was fun and fresh. Felt like old times and it felt like a new experience.
