Late night early morning to you! Your Q3, P7 program is ready. It has some subtle but significant changes:
goodbye wall walks, gymnastic bridges, core finisher and an extra leg exercise / workout (for now)
hello shoulder finisher,
an extra core exercise every workout
and HF Burpee to Surf Progressions
And because we did an extra week for phase 6, we'll only do workouts A & B this phase to make sure you get enough live coached practice. I'll bring back Workout C for Phase 8.
Also, we'll be training on Juneteenth, Friday, June 19, this year as a proactive make up day for 1 of the days I'll be taking off for my wedding anniversary in November. You can see the 2026 Training Schedule both on the website and in the pdf below.
