Subject: 2026 Phase 7 Links!

Hi Friend,




Late night early morning to you! Your Q3, P7 program is ready. It has some subtle but significant changes:

  • goodbye wall walks, gymnastic bridges, core finisher and an extra leg exercise / workout (for now)

  • hello shoulder finisher,

  • an extra core exercise every workout

  • and HF Burpee to Surf Progressions

And because we did an extra week for phase 6, we'll only do workouts A & B this phase to make sure you get enough live coached practice. I'll bring back Workout C for Phase 8.




Also, we'll be training on Juneteenth, Friday, June 19, this year as a proactive make up day for 1 of the days I'll be taking off for my wedding anniversary in November. You can see the 2026 Training Schedule both on the website and in the pdf below.
