Happy Sunday to you! I hope you enjoyed the sun and overcast weather this weekend as they provided mixed benefits Vitamin D & hope with the sun and shade and cool temperatures with the overcast.




Phase 6 is the last phase of our 2nd quarter. It's a peaking phase and these are the best. Bring your best self as often as you can to the workouts to get the most out them that you can and on the days and times you can't show up with your best, showing up still checks the box and helps you progress and move forward. Do play the game and game the system and get your 4 for 4's. #That'llFeelGood and it'll give you an increased chance to feel good and train better.




P6 and P7 are both 3 weeks long, which means you've got 6 weeks straight to generate momentum and lead right up to summer break #1, from 6/28 to 7/6.




Monday, May 26 is Memorial Day and there will be no live workouts that day. You'll have the recordings if you're able to train. Burn & Earns still work, so use them whenever you can and use the "Last Name" Family Walks when possible after meals to feel better and have a fun, social experience.

You've got 2 phases until summer break #1. This is a peaking phase. Peaking phases help you change the most. Next phase begins Q3's programming. Q3 is most everyone's favorite programming of the year. The universe is conspiring to help you win and be successful. Take advantage of it. Training makes your life and work and relationships better. When you refill your well by showing up and making time and doing the extras you have more to give and a much better quality to give if and when you choose to give. You've already experienced this and know this. Now it's been written and we both know.
