Subject: The secret to turning one time buyers into repeat customers

All without relying on discounts

One of the biggest problems brands have is turning one-off buyers into repeat customers.

But here's the thing...

They don't actually do anything to incentivize the customer to return.

Most brands get a sale, ship the product and send a half-assed post-purchase email to say thank you.

On top of the post-purchase flow (which likely needs to be longer) you need to consider another flow...

This flow generates an extra $5,000-$10,000 a month for my clients and most brands don't even use it.

The replenishment sequence.

People hate running out of something they use daily.

But most also do it every month.

They plan to order again but life gets busy and they simply forget.

The replenishment flow works as a quick reminder.

You send a short email around 25 days after your customer has purchased to check if they're running out of the product.

If they are, they'll read your email and remember to buy again.

You send a second email a few days after just in case they missed your first.

This email is stupidly simple and you don't even need to try to sell.

You're doing your customer a favour and they'll remember you for it.

Add this to your sequence and you'll quickly turn one-off buyers into repeat customers.

Here's how you can set it up:

> Schedule a reminder email 25 days after the initial purchase

> Schedule a second email 2 days after this

> Schedule a third email 2 days after the second

Here's how the email can look:

"Hey {Name},

We noticed you bought a 30 day supply of X and wanted to make sure you didn't run out.

It's literally that easy.

No fancy tricks. No hard sell. No being pushy.

Just a simple reminder to help another person out.

Add this flow for your clients and you can easily add an extra 4-5 figures to their monthly revenue.

Have a great week,
