Just say NO if you're subjected to a barrage of weight loss and self-improvement messaging at this time of year.

It's not time to detox!


It's not time to lose weight, get fit, go to the gym every day or journal every morning and make every moment productive.


Unless of course you love how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally when you do AND you've been doing it anyway.


Otherwise, Friend, can I suggest you ease into the New Year offering yourself some grace, love and patience?


We're here to do that with you.


No pressure tactics. No FOMO. 


No 30 day challenges all about making you smaller or changing you from your already lovely self.


Just some new classes and a promise that we'll make the online experience fun, effective and a bit silly as we all wait out the dumpster fire that is Omicron!
