We do too! And so there are some schedule changes for August 😄


New Classes


Friday AM Energy Boost

Drop-in class online with Tania at 8 am ET.

Starts August 5


This energizing class is an invigorating, happy body workout with minimal flexion, standing/balance work and strengthening.  It runs for 50 minutes so you have time to get a coffee and show up for your first work meeting bright, shiny and ready to go!

Coming up in September

Runners Clinic 2.0

Sunday mornings at 8 am with Tania.

6 week pre-registered session starts Sept 18.


Start the class with a warm-up stretch and mobility session, then head out for a guided run with Tania. Some running experience is good, but you don't have to be a serious, long-term runner to get all the benefits!


Each week will have a different focus ranging from cadence to endurance and so much more.


This clinic is limited to 6 students, so save your spot here 🏃‍♀️



Schedule Changes


Tuesday's Whole Body Pilates 1 class shifts from 10 am to 9:15 am ET. Emily is taking over for Alison for the month of August while Alison heads out on her boat!


Tuesday's Movement Fundamentals is on hiatus and comes back in September.


Wednesday's Pilates Flow stays online at 6:30 pm ET and Sam is covering for Alison through August.


Friday's Whole Body Pilates and Saturday's Movement Fundamentals are also on a break. If you're up anyway, take Tania's Friday Morning Boost at 8 am instead!


The rest of our online and in-studio classes are running so you can get your Pilates and Feldenkrais fun wherever you are!
