Her Feldenkrais sessions are on Wednesdays at 8 pm ET online, so you can be rested, relaxed and ready for bed after class is done.

Pilates for Gardeners with Emily

Spend the morning gardening, have a lovely lunch, and then give your body the chance to reset from the aches and pains and stiffness that can come from a glorious morning spent hanging out with your plants in the beautiful outdoors.

Better Bones & Backs Pop Up with Emily

Wednesday June 1 & 8

4-5 pm ET on Zoom


In this class we'll be working to strengthen the bones, the core and importantly, the back of the body, to help with posture, balance and overall strength and function. We'll follow protocols for bone safety in various positions to improve mobility and stability through the joints and thereby ease back tightness or pain.


This pair of pop ups will be followed by an in-studio class starting at the end of June. AnnaMarie will continue to offer her class online on Mondays. All the options, all the variety, all the same amazing class!

Pilates Obstacle Course for All Movers with Emily

Wednesday June 8

4-5 pm in the studio


The perfect combination of play-filled movement snacks that will light up your brain and body in new and wonderful ways! This class will have you hopping between bodyweight, balance, and props-based exercises as you shift between different movement stations throughout the studio that will have you adapting to novel ways of moving and exploring new perspectives in your body. And having some fun of course!

And finally we have our first drop-in reformer/mat combo class and the in-studio Better Bones & Backs class both starting June 29.
