Subject: More in-studio classes for you!

Rollers, beginners and runners... these ones are for you!

Spring is springing!

🌳🍃💐☂️🌸🐇🐦🌱🌷

And that means new classes at the studio!

How 0ften do you get that feeling that spring is coming, it's time to get out of your woolies and get moving but your body is maybe not quite ready for running/hiking/biking/gardening or whatever your springtime love may be?

We've got some classes set to help you overcome all that!

Mondays at 5:30 pm we're bringing back a Yoga Tune Up rolling class. Yay!!

Roll & Tone with Samantha (under the In-Studio classes tab on the schedule) gets into the nooks and crannies and helps you make better connections with your body for more effective exercise.

Before each movement, you'll do some targeted self-massage with the balls so that your brain has a really clear picture of what to work on, whether you're stretching or strengthening. Also it just feels so good!

**Note: the 5:30 start time for this class means that Core Fusion is shifting to a 6:45 start so we have time to get one class out and the next group in and it all starts today 😀

Tuesdays at 7:15 pm are for beginners (and anyone wanting to refine their technique).

Pilates for Beginners with Alison (In-Studio classes tab) is a 6 week, drop-in series that will go through the fundamentals of Pilates and get you comfortable with your body, the moves and the cues. You'll be amazed at how quickly you learn the basics and get confident to join other classes.

We're starting off with a bang tomorrow: how to access your lower abs, always a fan favourite!

Saturdays at 10 am Tania has a 4- week pre-registered clinic.

Pilates for Runners (Pre-Registered In-Studio Sessions tab) combines running-specific Pilates and a coached 5 km run. There will be a shorter and a longer route for those who need it, the class will be all in-studio exercise in inclement weather and all levels of both Pilates and runners are welcome!

This class runs from May 7-28 and there are only 3 spots left.

Other things to know?

Sue is focusing on Covid recovery in her Feldenkrais class this month (Online Classes tab). Although these practices are great for everybody, she'll be specifically working on breathing and movement to support anyone still building back their energy, their breathing and their strength post-Covid.

If you have any questions about this series please hit reply and we'll get you in touch with her.

Emily is on vacation and her online class Pilates Progressions and Primers comes back for another 4 week run on May 19.

We have some name changes coming! Alison's MoveSMART class will be called Whole Body Pilates 1 and Align & Refine will be called Movement Fundamentals. They're still the same creative combination of Pilates, restorative movement and breathing and they're still be based on how you feel when you show up in class.

See you at the studio (either online or in-person)!

xoxo
