Movement Fundamentals is a 1 hour pop up class to get your body moving in community

I'm teaching a pop up class this Saturday April 2 at my studio on Roncesvalles.


Wanna come??


Movement Fundamentals will be all about your core, your hips, your shoulders and how they all work together.


You'll get some rolling with the Yoga Tune Up balls, some mobility work, some hip and shoulder strength and a focus on natural, spontaneous core work.


I'm really looking forward to it, and there are still some spaces left!


This class is appropriate for all levels and all bodies, so come and play with me. I'd love to see your face!


(Or at least, the top half of your face... Given the upward trend of wastewater signals, we're sticking with our masks-on policy for the time being.)


We'll have windows open, two extra large air filters for circulation and of course 18 gallons of hand sanitizer.
