Privates and semi-privates will be back on the menu and the pre-registered, in-studio class series are on the website and ready to go.

  • Tania is bringing back her equipment circuit class on Wednesday mornings at 9:30


  • Sam is back with Pilates/Yoga Fusion on Thursday mornings at 9:30


  • Emily has moved her reformer/mat combo to Thursday evenings at 5:30


  • Sam rules on Mondays with a pre-registered beginner series and our only in-person drop-in! Core Fusion covers it all: ball rolling, Pilates, yoga and some fun glimpses of barre work. You can use your 10 class pass to join in the fun (class capped at 6 students).


  • Alison will be with you on Tuesdays at 12 with Strong, Supple Shoulders

We're finally adding class replays!


Want to take a particular class but know you can't make that time?

Check the description and see if it offers a replay.

If it does, sign up just the way you normally would.

Everybody who registers will get a replay available until midnight the day after class.


We're gradually adding more classes to the replay roster,

so keep your eyes peeled!

And we're adding another online option for those of you craving a Thursday night class:


Emily is bringing back her amazing workout, Pilates Progressions and Primers, as an online drop-in for the month of February. Because we all need a little extra blood flow as we make our way through the snowy chill of the shortest month of the year!
