how are you doing now that we're solidly into January? Ready to get back into the swing of things?

Samantha is starting her pre-registered Beginner's Pilates series tonight. It's limited to 6 students, so you really get the attention you need as you build your skills consistently for the month (or hone your existing skills because beginner classes are amazing even for those of us who've been doing this for a long time).


The class runs from Jan 10-31 at 5:15 pm EST and there's still a spot left for you or someone you know who wants to try Pilates online with lots of in-person-style attention!


Sue is back on Wednesdays at 8 pm EST with her Feldenkrais magic.

With all the stress and uncertainty in life these days, a little slow, mindful, end-of-day movement is just the ticket to help you feel better. This is a drop-in class exploring ongoing themes of agility, power and vitality.
