The last Breathe & Relax class is all about legs up the wall and how to make it feel amazing (especially if you don't normally like it).

You'll need a wall, a chair, a squishy ball, Yoga Tune Up balls and a yoga strap.

As a special holiday stress relief gift, the replay will be your until Jan 2. Just keep making time for constructive rest throughout the holidays 😄

New online classes in January!


We were hoping to return to our pre-registered, in-studio classes mid-January, but we're holding off for now. I'll email you again shortly with sign ups for early February (fingers crossed) once we have a better sense of what's happening in Covid-land.


In the meantime, we have a new pre-registered 4 week series of Beginner Pilates online with Samantha. A great last minute gift for someone who wants to give it a try.

New drop in classes include Pilates/Yoga Fusion on Thursday mornings at 9:30 and Feldenkrais on Wednesday evenings. I'll keep you posted about the exact details for Feldenkrais with Sue Seto. We're still sorting out the last details!
