I just got back from a 5-day camping trip with my wife and son - and honestly, it's one of my favorite things to do as a family.

We unplugged from the screens, spent our days hiking, biking, kayaking, and just enjoying the outdoors together. It was the perfect mix of fun, nature, and quality time.

But there was something I couldn't help but notice...

A lot of the other parents at the campground were struggling. Out of shape, eating junk. drinking, smoking, etc.
