Subject: X Banded Dumbbell Squats - great quad exercise!

This movement is actually kind of a cross between a squat and a deadlift, though the focus is primarily on the quads here because of how much knee flexion you're starting with.

It'll hit the entire lower body but with a special focus on quads.

I call them that because you're wearing the bands like an X across your back, which allows you to very securely use thick bands for it.
