Subject: Well, this is strange...veggies causing fat gain?

Yep, I know...sounds INSANE, right?

I thought it was a bit of stretch myself. However, here's the logic...foods have an effect on the balance of "good' and "bad" bacteria in your gut.

Vegetables can have an impact on that, especially high-fibers veggies. This fiber can "feed" the wrong bacteria, which puts the gut out of balance.

And when the gut is out of balance, research has shown that it can have a large impact on fat metabolism and weight loss.

Meaning that vegetables CAN (indirectly, at least), contribute to fat gain and resistance to fat loss.
