Subject: Towel Slide Single Leg Squats for targeted quad training...

This is an excellent hack for doing single leg squats with a strong quad focus.

It's similar in concept to the Single Leg Pendulum Squat I posted a few months ago that completely blew up.

This is an even faster and easier setup. I've put a decline bench in front of the rack post (braced against it so it doesn't move) then looped a towel around the post.

This way, you don't have to worry about setting the bar to a specific height or setting the bench to the exact right spot.

You also don't need to use a rack or Smith machine for this...just something solid that won't tip over and that you can slide the towel up and down easily on.

As you squat down, you're sliding the towel down the post, then as you come up, you're sliding it up.
